Perhaps it is the start of a Take Over as someone has eventually embarked on the course of buying the entire company to get the assets instead of buying mines piecemeal.

In that regard as Snakepitt has said I would expect that the sale is at a premium to the current traded price and if the person wants the rest it will need to be at a premium to that deal as well.

The only massive problem I see is if TS has sold off all his shares to someone.
