    delboy, the notice does say "partial offmarket transfer of interest". And consideration was NIL so it seems like an inter-company / corporate deal of some sort.

    I have no idea and as the other party holds less than 5% we may never know. I haven't ever seen YTC release a list of their Top 20 shareholders like some other companies do.
