    - nearly 30% of the total issues are changed hands @ average of 0.032
    - today's news should d-risked the company from further liability and the share price will eventually drove to its fair value (or at least cash equivalent)... according to the analyst report (Dec, 2013) released on the company's website with a recommend price at 0.7 (vs. 0.017 before today's announcement)
    - am I missing anything?
