My guess is he, like so many others are either on the sidelines or not as invested as they would like to be given significant positive news. As such, it would be worth keeping an eye so he/they can pile in once it's announced. Those that had sell orders out will no doubt do the same so they can pull or increase their orders prior to trading.
In either camp, those that don't are likely to regret it.
I'm personally here for the whole ride what come what may.
