Looking at USR.ASX this looks a screaming buy imo.
- It pays a 6 cents p/a distribution (16% yield at current prices)
- NTA looks to be around 75 cents after this recent rights issue.. which means approximately 40% discount to Book value...
- New directors all driven and completely aligned interests - Staermose has 1.25m shares and Hynes around half a million shares.
- has started selling some of the exisiting detached houses (all at fair value i.e. Book value) i.e. immediate cash to continue paying dividends.
- new strategy of Apartment complexes rather than holding single houses according to company will underpin the distribution of 6 cents p/a.
- New institutional investor CVC Ltd has 16% and a few other brokers now on the share registry I would suspect a closing of the NTA gap between current price of 46 cents and 75 cents to start closing up.
