why wouldn't there be over subscription? These are good shares sold at a discounted price! it was fetching upwards of 4.2 (closed at 4.4) just recently. Now that's quite a profit for someone to turn around and flip them in a few weeks time.
Congratulations would've been in order had DW been able to get us a price much closer to the traded price.
