I totally agree with how you point out that management want to focus on organic growth with what they have, rather than diversifying into new ventures. I like this aspect and I think that has helped them deliver some great numbers in the last half. Seems like divesting Lloyd's early in 2020 was beneficial in helping their focus on customers in such a crazy year. It is a company I have far more trust in when it comes to capital management than the average ASX listed company that is for sure. Special dividends as you say are quite possible in the future.
