Significantly undervalued, page-9

Agreed on the JK and rent being in the unallocated net expenses. It got me wondering about what is in this amount and how much might be allocated to particular businesses. I'm guessing though it seems to include, the Admin Expenses ($-3.6m)( at Howe St HO), Howe St Impairment ($-1.2m), board expenses ($-1m), Lloyds impairment ($2.6m), Govt grants and rent ($3.3m). Still comes up a bit short of the ($-7.3m). Do you know what else might be included?

FYI, I am not a holder though have looked at it every now and then for a while now. Your post prompted another look, so thanks for that.
