It sounds like Hadi is to return to Aden within a week and that the new govt will be in place in 30 days time. It was not clear if that was 30 days from today or from when Hadi returns. (I hope he has got a bullet proof catsuit).
I guess either the existing oil minister will carry over or a new one will be in residence at that time. Either way PSA should have someone they can talk to.
