Class action, yeah that'd be a great idea just when there's a smidgen of hope of the share price recovering let's clobber them for mistakes made in the past by poor management & by us greedy investors. I have heaps of OZL thanks to combining my Zinifex & Oxiana holdings & am way underwater but at least I think we've a chance to come good now. I too have binned the guff on class actions from lawyers wanting to enrich themselves. Maybe I should sell Oz & buy Slater & Gorden shares?
