From my understanding Finance consideration & EPC contract must come after DFS completion & BFS submission.
Marengo(MMC) delayed DFS, need $1.2b from NFC
Ironbark(IBG) submitted BFS in April, need $0.5b from NFC
TNG(TNG) still finalising DFS, need $0.5b from NFC
They still haven't got the funding & contract yet.
If this is the only company that can get finance without DFS & BFS, then it is magical !!!
