I think the finance is not directly from NFC, but NFC facilitate to get the loan from Chinese Banks, it highly depends on economic viaribility of the project.
MMC requires $1.7-1.85b Capex,
But RXM probably only requires $900m
TA perspective, RXM heads toward the gap 28c.
