Yes, the finance comes from Chinese bank & NFC will provide engineering contract & some work will be allocated to Arccon (AZG), which is currently in suspension due to $11 mil debt issue. Make sure all the shareholders ensure the company that BFS must be submitted on ASAP. Finance consideration normally takes about minimum 6 months after BFS submission. Good luck....
