Not sure mate, I don't understand this announcement at all.
As best I can tell, this isn't a contract for COM rendering their services as a workforce management system to a customer, it seems to be an announcement that "one of the world's major sports brands" has actually invested in COM (or one of their brands) directly.
If that's the case, how much was invested? For what percentage? Very confusing announcement. If it actually is a contract then the wording is horrible. I think the most confusing part is I can't understand why a global sports brand would want to buy a part of COM rather than just use them as a customer?
