Saw one article say its time to fleece the refineries 15% kick backs ...might be it effects refinery margins
cant go on too long ...something must give ..every oiler is about 1/3 of normal SP....
Sitting this one out ....on the side line .Usually a bull but now just very cautious. Like SXY but gotta be a reason for the continual sell down .
