"The companies dumped from the ASX 200 in the latest reshuffle include struggling mining services group Bradken, which pulled out of a merger with a Chilean counterpart last month.
Engineering group UGL, oil and gas company Senex Energy, and Kathmandu have also fallen from the index. Shares in the outdoorwear retailer have slumped to a three-year low in recent months on the back of falling sales and a weaker outlook."
