That UOG bid for TMX is odd.
UOG paid an average price of $0.076 cents per share for their 19.7% in TMX.
So why now, after Bundarra has had a 60% resource increase and gold in A$ terms is sitting pritty, are TMX shares only worth $0.035cps based on the current proposed IRM takeover bid and share price.
A bid for TMX based on $0.035cps is also odd considering the share price is $0.05c.
Perhaps Zohar and IRM are just odd ?
