    Not clear how they could be on budget when the first two parcels were rejected, grade reconciliation was bad and they've built up a big pile of debt.

    $27m cash is based on what assumptions?

    IMO their biggest asset is Warbo. He's a cunning old fox and has plenty of history around those parts.
