Regarding JB, in summary, it's really just "Hey look, Linius have finally got someone that's closing deals" and that he really understands the commercial potential more than the previous CEO and most of their erstwhile salespeople. My understanding though is that it is not that hard to eclipse the efforts of the previous CEO...
