you may want to ask why only 18% of every dollar collected on traffic infringements,ie speeding,seat belts etc is put back into actual road safety and training
If you get fined $300 for not wearing your belt as they deem its unsafe and a danger to your health,why then does only $54 go back to educating us to do otherwise and the respective governments get $246 into their general coffers?
