    Tasmania is the definition of a mendicant state.. Theres about 3 private workplaces there, the rest is govt. run/funded.

    I have two solutions- 1 We ship all our carbon dioxide over there by installing large pipes coming off electricity plants etc. and allow the 15 trees in every hippies backyard to photosynthesise and trap the carbon.

    2- We sell it to NZ.
