I do not hold BGD but do hold MEU (Marmota).

I think the big problem with BGD and the weight around its neck is the Central Gawler Mill ( Challenger ).

With the exception of the mill and the ML's associated with it the whole area around it is either MEU's 100% tenement holding or the WGCJV tenements with MEU holding 79% of the gold rights also the ongoing dispute over EL6502 (Jumbuck tenement). Neither company is actively exploring the area around the mill probably due to the dispute which means that the mill is currently sitting idle and costing BGD in a care and maintenance situation.
Until the dispute is settled and both companies sit down and come to an agreement which I think would be a win-win outcome nothing is going to happen.
Tarcoola and the open-cut Preservence mine is 130kms from the mill and there is no way that dirt is going to be processed at Challenger it's too far away.
So as both companies explore and drill other areas the mill sits idle which is such a waste and the SP suffers as a result.

Just my thoughts.
