Rogues, just to re-quote your SRK commentary with emphasis as is important to note:

Lets see how it pans out.

With regard to the funding of any development, there has been no emphasis at any point, EXCEPT in the fine print as you have pointed out, that SIH is responsible for 100% of all exploration costs and ALL CAPEX up front.

That has never been put into any SPIN that I have seen before!

Is that arrangement, whereby SIH must pay for all capex, bankable? I wonder...
