I found out an EGM can only be brought about by some one with at least 5% shareholding and there is no cost to them to arrange.
It will cost a public company $20K to $30K to stage an EGM brought about by a 5% ++ shareholder (so thats eating in to ZYLs working capital) I am sure also legal advice must be a huge cost to Zylotech plus they are focusing on all this old crap and not on day to day trading what a shame...
