i know its painful at present but if this didnt happen the status quo could have continued for another 6-12 months....
rest assured, mal will be working on a plan to appoint a board that will probably superior to any other sub $10 million cap.
what im wondering is if mal will take this opportunity to backdoor list mvss? by all reports mvss is profitable and the two entities do have synergies.
