    For those of you worried about the litigation, might i point out the following.

    Sileach uses bespoke lixivants for leaching different silicates.
    LMax uses just sulphuric acid and can only do Micas and with varying leach rates which they dont like to talk about.

    So fundamental difference right there.

    As we know , leaching is only half the equation, the other half is solution purification and precipitation of products.

    Now LMax have a patented assembly of off the shelf processes to achieve that within the sulphate matrix for the mica mineral assemblages.

    SiLeach has a minerals industry research grant number M479: Solution purification and valuable by-products formation during the production of battery-grade lithium being researched at Murdoch University.

    Which obviously goes to show that LIT is still working on the other half of the equation. Clearly if they wanted to steal LMax's solution handling then they would have just done that and wouldn't need to be researching it.

    Clearly there is no problem here.
