Guys before we get the knives out and believe me I'm no fan of LIT. However, I seriously doubt Sileach is infringing LMax. Hence the "declaration" I mean what is that anyways? Therefore we actually want LIT to kick some goals and get their processing plant up and running to pay us some royalties. This witch hunt is more about either LIT referring to their tech as LMax or if by some chance Sileach is a different process. Where does it fit in with LMax? That's all. If by some off chance Sileach is stand alone, then it will be up to PLP to sick the lawyers on to them. LMax was in development for years. No way Sileach just popped up overnight back in Feb this year. Storm in a teacup! It's Griffen marketing. Let's face it, the guy likes to announce the opening of a door.
