This is all a matter of technicalities.
The big winners, as always, will be the lawyers.
And on the practical front, LIT has extended the SPP by a week even though it's trading below the SPP price.
As anticipated, LIT must've been bowled over the amazing response to their cheap issue.
Guess another week is going to make all the difference.
