Juk, Whilst Sileach was previously described in the proactive investor as a "proprietary lithium extraction process". I can not uncover in any of LIT's announcements, that they have applied for patent on Sileach. If it is Proprietary, then what portion of the process does that relate to? Trademark is a very different thing.
If someone can show me the patent pending application for Sileach, I'll humbly shut my mouth until a determination on that application is delivered.
