    it sounds like the minimum reserve they are expecting is 5mcf/ha-m (per 1 ha and per 1 m of payzone). right?

    they are testing 37m of payzone so that's how you came up with 207mcf/ha.

    hmmm..... it sounds like the question is now on how many ha can be covered by a single well.

    if 80 ha per well (just like delta), then the reserve will be minimum of 16bcf per well (that's if all the 37m of payzone they are testing is producable..)

    D@rn! better ask it to John or Richard. (or Warnie and his friend but not Sue12)
    ------------
    from the prospectus...

    Recovery Factor:

    minimum, 5,600 MCF/ha-m;
    most likely, 8,000 MCF/ha-m plus 20 bbl liquids/MMCF;
    maximum, 12,000 MCF/ha-m plus 30 bbl liquids/MMCF.

    Recoverable Reservoir Potential:
    Based on size, average reservoir, thickness and recovery factor,

    the low case is 50 BCF;
    most likely case is 440 BCF;
    high side case is 3,000 BCF (or 3 TCF).

    from the announcements intersected zones are:

    Upper Ismay: 4m
    Akah: 6m
    Barker Creek (1): 6m
    Barker Creek (2): 5m
    Alkali Gulch (1): 3m
    Alkali Gulch (2): 3m
    Pinkerton Trail: 10m

    thats a total of 37m..

    so a potential (if correct at the volume calcs) of 207000MCFha.. or 0.207BCF/ha

    and then 1000ha closure is 207BCF or
    2000ha is 414BCF..

    thats pretty close to mid case even using low case figures and not all of the producing zones....

    let alone liquids..

    so.. hows them apples..

    ?
