geffa9,
Holders are obviously disappointed adn realise that there is likely to be little news until probably end of January which is when drilling of the north/west and south/east estension results are due.
While disappointed with the results I think the story will evolve over time.
Slide 20 of the recent presentation looks promising. It shows the Geology of Paris sourrounded by vents and the minerlisation underneath being dolomite. The dolomite and vent alteration continues along the North West trend where they are currently drilling. They extend about 1.6km up to where they took a float sample that assayed 78 g/t silver. This is three times larger I believe than the highest float assay obtained from Paris prior to drilling.
If you look at the grades of lines 1 and 0 at Paris towards where they are drilling on the south east trend these also look very promising. The vent alteration and dolomite also extends along this south east trend for an additional 1km.
Interesting also is that they are saying that Nankivel has been interpreted as a barren shoulder which are often associated with nearby porphyry's.
That is just the Peterlumbo field.
I am wondering whether the recent share price increase (although not much volume) has more to do with good core being retrieved from the recent drilling than the recent small increases in the silver price. I suspect we will have to wait till January to find out.
The big kicker I still believe is going to be Roundabout. If you look at where IVR have the lease there are copper mines everywhere just further to the West. The magnetic and gravity surveys also look eerily similar to Prominant Hill, Carapateena and Olympic Dam. The difference being that the surveys show Roundabout as a potential much shallower deposit.
The sleeper is uno/morgans and wartaka. While soil samples I believe are a good indicator that mineralisation exists as demonstrated by Paris the mineralisation does not always lie directly underneath good soil samples. I would suggest however there is a good chance of mineralisation close by good soil samples. Uno/morgans and wartaka are located along a fault and these areas often have mineralisation.
I am looking forward to next year and to an improving gold/silver price.
However I don't expect the gold and silver price to increase with any drive until september/October next year.
