Yes people keep stating what YF has said is a big deal. What exactly is his/has been his claim?

IIRC, YF has said something like, what we have seen pre-clinically, we are starting to see in human trials (incl/ referring to the tracking of the virus throughout the body).
I suppose more detail is required here, to what degree are they seeing the exact results in human trials as they did preclinically? How much do these human results correspond to pre-clinical results?

Some seem to interpret YF statement, means the virus is killing all 60+ cancer lines just like it did pre-clinically and YF knows this.
However it could also mean, that YF is seeing the virus infect and replicate in cancer cells (though the killing effect is not translating across - at least not in all cases). Hence we see a few SD's and some CR's last data cut.

I think it is the latter (they are seeing infecting and replicating), and it is the reason why IMU has been quiet about data cuts on Vaxxinia, (they aren't seeing much efficacy) however they are really pushing Azer-Cel + oncarlytics. Because if the virus infects and replicates well, it may not do much killing, however it will tag a CD19 and in combo a Cd19 comes in and blows away the rest.
