Tell the Redback Weapons system is a partnership between EOS and Metalstorm, if you check the mst website yoiu will see that EOS is listed as a partner, in this latest release on CROWS you will see that there is mention about air blast weapons, I think this has everything to do with Active Protection (Redback), this weapons system (Redback) can defeat incoming missiles and RPG's, I think this is what they EOS have been working on and what metalstorm have been waiting for? it would seem it is now ready? the Firestorm will also need this technology I believe, but the gymbal mechanism for that weapon is built by metalstorm whereas the Redback gymbal system is built by EOS, the latter being much faster and robust.
