Why would they talk the stock up? They tried to buy 100% of the company at 10c...its now 6c... you think their desire to acquire the company has gone? Talking it down is illegal...not talking at all isnt.
If they privatise the company they they save 2mln a year and get access to the cash-flows...i believe this is still their objective. NZO sitting on a pile of cash doing nothing.
