I am willing to stick my neck out and say that MYP is, in my humble opinion, worth above $4.50 a share in a bidding war.

A high probability of that bidding war breaking out is something I would be willing to wager as the Euros and Yanks are hungry for recession-proof pharma and there will surely be some prospective bidders who will resent having the bedroom door summarily shut in their faces by MYP's management who went straight into the sack with the one suitor.

The planet is awash with funds looking for value.
And I think that the break fee of some $26 million is chicken-feed and the timeframe contemplated gives enough time for another bid to be mounted.
