sharpeye while you may view the silence as positive i do not. The fact that other parners in oels service contracts have made announcements to certain exchanges and oel has not is a bit of a worry. They have to disclose certain information and it seems at present they are keeping sh firmly in the dark you might like this but i do not it doesnt tak emuch time or effort to disclose what others have already disclosed. I firmly belive in the potential of otto they just have to release a bit more info to market.
