We know the shorters intentions - push the sp. The question is why? It is ridiculously oversold now and there seems to be an urgency in the actions due to a doubling of volume over the last week.
We know the company is not under any financial stress with cash in bank.
We also know the project is commercial.
So i would not stress regarding a TO offer now. This would come into consideration if we start seeing an accumulation pattern - not yet TONY.
Judging by CN 's email some filthy games being played. However, i would caution about the senegalese govt being on FAR's side - money talks.
