I'm not sure if the company would be overly concerned about getting the stragglers to commit to the CR. Remember in one of the recent announcements:

The Placement was heavily oversubscribed with bids of ~A$6m received;

I would think any unallocated amounts will be scooped up by the insto investors that wanted to buy more at the start.
