This is seriously a contemptuous issue for the ASX.
How can you possibly have an annual report stating 'I can't imagine a company with brighter prospects' and 'we're on target for an EBIT of between 6 AND 10 mil' (depending on which figure you want to use)that goes into administration a couple of months later?
The aquisition of the easy being green business also warrants investigation.
I understand businesses often fail, but how can the authorities let this one slide by when to their last breath they were promising PROFITS?
