    Balilow isn't confirming the JV partner. Refer back to NKP's Feb 1 ASX announcement, which states DRA Mining have been commissioned by NKP to undertake the BFS optimisation. DRA Mining is thus providing the technical ability staranalyst says is missing from NKP's internal capabilities.
