What a crock SG. There is a very good chance the PCH will be lifted, but there are no guarantees. They have already run numerous human clinical trials with the drug and dose in question. They were progressing just fine till the FDA derailed the program. There are no drugs which address cognition in HD, and cognition loss is a very big problem.What I didn't like was seeing the EMA(EU) submission lagging behind the FDA submission. Prana have previously stated they are investigating other options.
The recent $4.8m cash injection from the govt just a few days back was great news.
