When the share price is punched more than seventy percent by imposing PCH and the company still keeps avoiding to update their negotiation with FDA, PBT/PRAN's investors could be the most patient investors in the world already. The company's PR is always a disaster for its investors. They have not shown a least sign of improvement yet. Firstly it is not right to categorize PCH submission as non price sensitive news. It is useless for attempting to minimize PCH's impact. Nobody can be fooled by such a trick. Secondly they failed to update investors the progress of their negotiation with FDA. The timeline for PCH submission and FDA's responses are well understood by most posters here. There should be something unveiled already. Investors deserve updates in a timely manner.
