My understanding is that Prana are obligated under law to advise the market upon any final outcome from the FDA on their PCH but not any further request from FDA for clarification on some point.
It seems unlikely they are trying to minimalise damage of bad news right now and more likely that the FDA has queried something and asked for more information which Prana are currently compiling.
This does not mean good news is imminent but nor does it mean bad news is either
