Agreed. They grouped PCH submission as non price sensitive information, so that they only need to update us the final outcome. But I would say it is stupid. The share price has been down forty percent within one month. Nobody would ignore the impact of PCH. Lack of transparency is the biggest problem. They are not justified to set such a risk factor as non price sensitive issues. Investors deserve updates in a more timely manner.

I am also feeling that the silence doesn't really mean bad news. If this package was rejected, they had to inform the market FDA's decisions and their Plan B. I would guess the negotiation continues and there should be a final decision soon. Hopefully the downtrend can stop right here. Then we can rest in the second bottom until the bell rings. Good luck.
