    There's no guarantee of news within the next month or two, although it is expected two more non first-to-file dossiers will be submitted during FY19.


    It appears the last of the Jublia patent challengers appeared in court on September 28. The total number of challengers now stands at 18. Based on precedent, it will be at least 3 months before the case is resolved.
