I'm guessing the opposite, we should know by now if there was a hint of something. The drilling may be slow because it's too tight but they have to go to depth anyway.
On the other hand Stokes Bay has everything going for it, I wouldn't mind betting the increase in Arq's share price today was insto's positioning themselves for that.
Any dip on dissapointment at Valentine may be short lived.
