I'm having trouble following your maths. URA ETF has a market cap of $1.70B from what I can see at https://www.globalxetfs.com/funds/ura/. I can't find anywhere how many shares they will need to buy, so how did you come up with ~1.6% of its (URA) market cap?
If 1.6% of URA market cap is correct, that is US$27.3M = ~AUD$39M = ~8.5M SLX shares
