i looked back and they didnt make a big deal when the single laser waa commissioned either. Maybe they didnt see this as a very important moment compared to test results
i think you are right about the AGM timing. Would be very fruatrating to be near the end of testing wirh no news
I rhink (maybe) we can infer there maybe some good news by November 22nd or maybe the venue just double booked and they had to change the date
