I am not concerned about this patent any more than the previous laser extraction techniques previously trialled that did not eventuate (e.g. AVLIS, MLIS). The fact that GLE has had to subsequently pump hundreds of millions of dollars into R&D of the project suggests that there is far more the technology than the concept that is included in that patent application.
