The Silex technology for uranium enrichment has effectively been sold to GEH for some milestone payments and a perpetual royalty. SLX will only regain control if the conditions of that agreement are not met.
You will only see Silex used in Australia if GEH/GLE think it is in their best interests. Other parties (Governments, Regulators, etc) may make things attractive so that GEH/GLE decide to build a plant in Australia. I lot would need to happen for that to be the case.
